This is Trevor’s version of olive bread. It has a chewy crust and light sourdough centre. It is loaded with olives, aromatic rosemary and just a hint of lemon peel. This loaf is a perfect addition to your dinner table.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, filtered water, Olives, Olive Oil, Lemon Peel, Rosemary, Salt and Before Sliced Bread’s sourdough culture.  Sprinkled with Olives, Rosemary and lemon peel.
