Sprouted Grain Loaf


The use of sprouted grain in baking is not new. However, it has gained popularity over recent decades, due to its health benefits. Trevor grows his own sprouts from the ancient grains and introduces them at different stages of growth. As a result, the loaf is of higher nutritional value and more easily digested. The use of sprouted grain makes this loaf very soft and easy to use.
